Bandhan is poised for immense growth and massive expansion within a strategic deadline and hence is in urgent requirement of the following Professionals who will be innovative and aspiring to scale up the overall operational business in a well-planned and systematic manner.

1. Officer Finance
Qualifications & Experience: Candidate should be M.com/CA Inter with 5 years’ experience in relevant field or CA with 0-2 years’ experience.

2. Networking Administrator
Qualifications & Experience: The prospective candidate must be a Graduate from a reputed Institute having 8 years experience and the following skill sets :
  • Configuring and administering Windows Server (2003/2008) and Linux Server (Redhat)
  • Network configuration skills - WAN, LAN, firewall, load balancing and other network technologies and concepts
  • Excellent knowledge and experience on TCP/IP networking, Windows Active Directory, Linux SAMBA/LDAP, FTP Server, DNS, Mail, Security system etc.
  • Should be able to setup, configure and manage high end network infrastructure (Cisco Routers & Switches, PIX etc.)
  • Should be able to Setup, configure, maintain and Manage VPN and P2P links (Leased Line, MPLS)
  • Checking/maintaining servers’ backup, Security, Anti-Virus system
