Amitava Sanyal President
Mr. Sanyal has 30 years experience as a Microfinance consultant with NABARD, CARE and various NGOs in West Bengal and abroad in the areas of training and enabling them for scientific promotion of Microfinance groups. This TTIS (Mumbai) alumnus, was previously the Vice Principal of Vidyasagar School of Social Work, Vidyasagar University.
Jyotirmoy Talukdar Vice President
A PhD in Agricultural Statistics, Mr. Talukdar is a Socio-economist Consultant who has worked for various national and international organizations/ institutions like Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Human Resources, World Bank, Canadian International Development Agency and others.
Chandra Shekhar Ghosh Secretary
He carries with himself vast experience of 20 years in the sector. This has led him to be one of the microfinance mentors. This “Senior Ashoka Fellow” is a guest lecturer and occasionally delivers lectures at institutes of high repute viz. Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC), National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli (NITT), Training Institute of Central Bank of India, State Institute of Panchayat and Rural Development (SIPARD) at Tripura. He has been the panelist at some National and International forums and has also made presentations at various conferences at Nepal, France, Brussels, Marseilles and institutes like National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (EIILM), Kolkata, Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and the like.
He is one of the Committee Members of the Core Team that SIDBI has formed for its Partner MFIs to advice in the policy making process. He is a Board member of READ India and also occupies an Advisory Board seat in other MFIs.
Dilip Kumar Maity Treasurer
With 30 years of experience in the banking sector and a B.Sc in Agriculture, Mr Maity is currently the Manager at United Bank of India.

A Development Consultant, Dr. Roy (M.Com, CAIIB, Ph.D.) is a retired Senior Executive from NABARD and has worked at different senior levels in the Reserve Bank of India.
Pritha Sen Member
An Independent Consultant in the Social Sector, Ms Sen is a journalist working in the areas of Social Entrepreneurship and Microfinance and has worked with organizations like Ashoka India (US), Planet Finance India (France), SDC and Sa-Dhan. She is also the Editor of Small Change (magazine) and was amongst the first batch to take the certificate course on Management of Voluntary Organization from IRMA,Anand.
Sraboni Das Member
The Deputy General Manager, Small Industries Development Bank of India, Kolkata, Mrs. Das has 30 years experience as a development banker working in various capacities in IDBI and SIDBI with special thrust on extending credit to the SSI sector.
